The poem seems to be influenced by the different kind of verbal language as can be seen by the usage of "chio". The 'or not' at the end reflects the uncertainty in the poet's love for the mentioned subject person 'sam'. However, the 'chio-ness' and 'hotness' of sam is not doubted.
It is a pentet with 3 words in each line, with the exception of the last line, which has only two words. The last two lines form a masculine rhyming couplet, which also rhymes with the second line of the unprofessionally written couplet. The uneven lines may signify the uncertainty in the poet's life.
Also, if you were to take the first letter of each line, it would spell SSIAO, which is a great abbreviation of 'Sam's siao' which means that the poet may think Sam is slightly mentally unstable.
The poet could also be considered an allegory, as it reflects the poet's inner struggles regarding anything she loves or holds dear to her.
All in all, this poem exudes a sense of inability to write nice poems.
